Please complete this application to reserve a Dreamy Goldendoodles puppy. For questions, email us at dreamydoodlesandco@gmail.com or send a text!
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Please read this carefully before applying. All adults in the household must agree to get the puppy. If the puppy is a gift for an adult in the home, contact us after submitting your application. We want to prevent puppies from becoming unwanted gifts, as this can lead to abandonment. Getting a puppy should be a choice that everyone in the household truly wants.
Puppies must be spayed or neutered by a licensed vet before 12 months old. Proof of this, along with the dog's identity (microchip number, description, breed), must be provided. Not following this rule will void the 5-year health guarantee. For questions about spaying or neutering, please reach out before paying the non-refundable application fee.
All of our adorable puppies are sold under a strict NON-BREEDING contract. Breeding unauthorized dogs incurs a steep breeding dog fee of $20,000 USD and may result in potential legal action. It is important to note that puppies, as well as spots on our reservation lists, are only reserved when the non-refundable reservation fee of $500 has been paid in full and received. The remaining balance is due at the time you take your puppy home, and we will keep you informed every step of the way. Dreamy Goldendoodles does not ship puppies via cargo, as we prioritize their safety and comfort. If you happen to be out-of-state, you will need to personally pick up your puppy and fly it home in the main airplane cabin, or you can arrange for a Puppy Nanny to assist you. Hand delivery throughout Kentucky and surrounding states is available on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee, allowing for flexible and convenient options. We want to emphasize that we cannot guarantee the adult dogs' coat color, non-shedding coat, or hypoallergenic properties, as these can vary. Buyers must agree to provide appropriate care for their Dreamy Goldendoodle, which includes regular annual vet examinations, feeding only high-quality dog food, maintaining a healthy weight, providing daily exercise, ensuring housing indoors, regular grooming, and engaging in basic training for the best possible companionship.
Buyers agree that the puppy they are purchasing is not intended for resale and will not be sold to any pet shop or puppy mill under any circumstances. Additionally, the puppy cannot be used for any type of scientific research. If, at any point, rehoming the puppy becomes necessary due to changing life circumstances, the breeder must be contacted and made aware of the situation before any decisions are made. Dreamy Goldendoodles proudly offers a comprehensive lifetime re-home policy to assist families, but it is important to remember that rehoming without the explicit permission of the breeder will void the Health Warranty and could potentially lead to legal complications.
We reserve the right to refuse the sale of a puppy for any reason and at any time if we believe it is in the best interest of the animal or the customer. Dreamy Goldendoodles also reserves the right to hold the first two picks of every litter for purposes such as breeding, therapy, or service work, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards for our furry friends. Completing the application is the very first step in purchasing a puppy from Dreamy Goldendoodles. Your answers help us pair you with the best temperament suited for your unique needs and lifestyle. While we strive to accommodate your specific preferences, we want to emphasize that we cannot guarantee the exact traits or characteristics once the puppy is fully grown. If for any reason you find yourself unhappy with your reservation, we will gladly transfer your name to the next available litter of your choosing, ensuring you still have the opportunity to find the perfect companion.
