The price of a well-bred puppy reflects the quality and care that goes into raising them. While our puppies may come with a higher price tag, they are truly worth every penny. We pour our hearts and souls into each one, raising them in the comfort of our home. There are numerous expenses involved in providing the level of care we believe in. First and foremost, we prioritize thorough health testing for both parent dogs to ensure we are breeding the highest quality puppies. This comprehensive testing process typically costs around $1,200 per parent and is crucial for the health and well-being of the puppies. Our commitment is to produce only the best. We operate on a smaller scale, which allows us to focus on quality over quantity. While some breeders may offer lower prices, it raises questions about the level of care and attention they provide to their litters and adults. A responsible breeder who adheres to high standards will not undervalue their puppies unless they are cutting corners. We take pride in our integrity and never compromise on the care we provide.

Additionally, we are not the type of breeders who rush to place all of our puppies by 8 weeks old. Instead, we prefer to keep them a little longer to ensure they are fully prepared for their new homes and to find the best fit for each puppy. We genuinely love these puppies and care deeply about who gets to take them home.

Raising puppies to these high standards requires significant sacrifices. I often miss out on family time, vacations, and holidays. Although I’m not a full-time breeder, this role is a full-time responsibility that never truly ends. We can’t simply clock out; even when we don’t have puppies, we are dedicated to furthering our education and enhancing our program. In addition to health testing, we invest in premium nutrition, specialized reproductive veterinarians, regular grooming, and a comprehensive training curriculum, among other essentials. These costs don’t even account for unexpected expenses that may arise. The effort involved in breeding well-raised puppies goes far beyond just pairing two dogs together. In short, we believe that the investment we make in our puppies is truly worth far more than the price we charge. We are incredibly grateful to those who choose to "invest" in their newest family member by welcoming a Dreamy puppy into their lives.
